How is the VCA governed?

The VCA is a business-to-business network whose strategic direction is informed by participants, determined by the VCA Steering Committee, and fiscally sponsored by Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, a 501(c)(3) US non-profit organization.

The VCA is managed by a secretariat overseen by a Steering Committee, which meets on a bi-monthly basis. In conjunction with the VCA secretariat, the Steering Committee reviews and approves key releases and monitors member progress towards the VCA commitment.
