How do I set a portfolio alignment target and what should it be?

The VCA plans to produce guidance on how to set a portfolio alignment target in the future. Investors are encouraged to set a long-term goal of 100% alignment by 2040 and set a near term target (within 5-10 years) that is on a linear trajectory to that 100%.
